Jake Paul claims that Cristiano Ronaldo will watch the YouTuber's boxing fight from the United States face Tommy Fury.
The Paul vs Fury duel will take place this weekend in Saudi Arabia, at the Diriyah Arena to be precise.
The fight had been scheduled for a long time, but was always postponed due to illness, injury and visa issues.
Paul said Ronaldo would watch his fight against Fury when asked by a fan on his YouTube channel.
“Yes [I will meet Ronaldo], I think he will come to watch the fight,” Paul said as quoted by the Manchester Evening News .
Ronaldo is now a Saudi Arabian football star after joining the Al Nassr club. Ronaldo has played five times with the squad nicknamed Al Aalami and has scored five goals.
While the Paul vs Fury duel is the seventh fight for the 26-year-old figure. In the six previous fights, Paul always won and four of them were achieved by knockout.
Paul's winning record is quite flashy because he has defeated former UFC fighters Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley, and Ben Askren.
Meanwhile, Fury, who is the younger brother of heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury, collected eight fights without losing with details of four KO wins and four winning points.
Ronaldo could have watched the Paul vs Fury fight because it took place the day after Al Nassr's match against Damak on February 25. After that, Al Nassr will compete again next week against Al Batin.
